These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vip71 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vip71 website located at vip71.pro and all associated services, games, promotions, and features available through the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies without exception to all persons accessing the Platform from Bangladesh.
• You must be a natural person and must not register or use the Platform on behalf of any corporate entity, trust, partnership, or third party.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any account containing materially false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed at vip71's discretion.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on the vip71 Platform or on any other gambling platform where such restrictions are transferable.
• Each individual may hold only one Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full features of the vip71 Platform, you must register a single Account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. The registration process requires you to create a secure password and to confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility until you formally notify vip71 of any suspected unauthorised access via the support channel.
• vip71 support staff will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from vip71 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• In the event you forget your password, use the account recovery function on the login page, which verifies your identity via your registered mobile number before allowing a password reset.

Account Verification (KYC)

vip71 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification. Players must cooperate fully with KYC requests within the timeframe specified.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.
• KYC information provided to vip71 is handled in accordance with the vip71 Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties outside of legally required disclosures.
• vip71 reserves the right to decline transactions or suspend Account access pending the satisfactory completion of KYC procedures where required by our internal risk management protocols.

All financial transactions on the vip71 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the Platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. vip71 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned where identifiable.
• vip71 does not charge fees on deposits. Any transaction fees imposed by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) are outside vip71's control and are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a different method is approved by vip71 support following identity verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and the request will be returned to the Account balance.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes from the time of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
• vip71 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.

vip71 offers various Promotions to eligible registered Players from time to time. All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account following a qualifying deposit or action and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Each Promotion is available once per eligible Player unless otherwise explicitly stated. Attempting to claim the same Promotion across multiple Accounts is considered abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• vip71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time. Where a Promotion is withdrawn before a Player has completed the associated wagering requirement, the remaining wagering obligation will lapse but any completed wagers and any resulting winnings derived from real-money wagers will be retained.
• Free spins credited as part of a Promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the offer terms. Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit stated in the specific Promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

vip71 may introduce or adjust Promotions seasonally in connection with Bangladeshi events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL. Seasonal Promotions are time-limited and their terms will be communicated at the time of launch.

All games available on the vip71 Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. vip71 does not influence, adjust, or manipulate any game outcome on behalf of the Platform or any individual Player.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games and crash games are set by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others) and are disclosed within each game's information panel where required by the provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, any bets placed during the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Account balance. vip71 will endeavour to resolve disputes arising from technical faults fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip71 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances including any pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register an Account in circumstances where they are ineligible to do so.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automated systems, or any technical advantage tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players for the purpose of manipulating the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other activity that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any applicable jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in the course of any support interaction with vip71.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent any Promotion, including but not limited to using multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once.

• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, vip71's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vip71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, vip71 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be published at vip71.pro/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available Account balance in accordance with the withdrawal rules set out in Section 3 above.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services as accessed from Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the vip71 Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.
